Dispatching skilled workers to European employers
European employers need dependable workers and we are the bridge: from skill verification to a legal contract and visa.
Highest demand:
Skill & language assessment → employer introduction → interview → contract → visa & insurance → relocation.
Only formal contracts meeting that country’s legal minimums — no shadow contracts that leave workers unprotected.
Your experience, technical skills and language level documented and scored.
Your profile presented to vetted partner employers in the target country.
Interview arranged; on agreement, a formal contract meeting legal minimums is signed.
Work-visa file, insurance and dispatch documents completed and filed.
Flight, initial housing and workplace onboarding — we stay until you're settled.
Welders, electricians, plumbers, professional drivers (Code 95), skilled construction workers, chefs and hotel staff, production operators — you'll see each country's current list at the assessment.
A2–B1 suffices for most trades (Germany usually requires B1 for the visa); if you're below that, we set up an intensive course plan.
At or above the destination's legal minimums: Germany ~€2,500–3,500 gross for trades; the exact figure is in your work contract before departure.
After your residence permit, family reunification is usually possible within 6–12 months; we plan the income and housing requirements from the start.
Send your CV and we’ll match it against real market demand.
