Does buying property grant residency?

In some countries yes (Greece from ~€250k golden visa); in others no (France doesn't grant it directly but supports a long-stay visa). We tell you honestly, country by country.

How do I avoid being scammed?

Our three rules: money only to official/escrow accounts, every promise written into the contract, title verified from official sources by an independent lawyer. If a seller resists any of these — walk away.

Can I move money from Iran?

Legal transfer routes exist and depend on the destination country; we plan a route that is safe and defensible in your residency file.

Should I buy sight-unseen?

We advise against it; we arrange viewing trips or live video tours plus a local surveyor's report. For off-plan we only accept bank-guaranteed projects.
